miserable help!

I'm currently 38 weeks 5 days. I'll be 39 weeks on tues at ny dr appt. I am so uncomfortable and miserable. I have horrible sciatica I can barely walk because of the sciatica and my privates feel like its bruised. my legs feel like they are gonna snap. I'm nauseas and swollen beyond belief. anyway Ive tried everything to get her out but obviously my baby and body aren't ready yet. can I request a membrane sweep at my appt? or will they only do it if I'm overdue?????

I wish I was getting a c section tomorrow!!! lol but nope. I'm definitely going to asking she will do a membrane sweep. I'm having an extreme headache right now, sweating & having cramps I might just call the on call OBsoon and see what she says this headache is not going away. good luck ladies. hope we all go into labor asap haha

Have you tried mother's milk tea? It's for lactation but always helps me go into labor. :)

Omg your feeling the same way I am. I'm 39+3 and the doctors will usually go ahead and do the membrane sweep at 39weeks but unfortunately for me I haven't begun to dilate.

I'm on the same timeline as you. My Dr apt is Tuesday I'm going to ask for one. They did one when I was 38 weeks with my first.
