3wk old baby cant poop
Ftm and breast feeding baby hasn't pooped since yesterday evening and his tummy is hard and he's fussy! What can I do to help my lil man????

Breast milk is so easily digested there isn't much waste output. Formula babies have iron added into their food and it is much harder for them to process so that's why formula babies poop more. Breastfed babies can go a few days without pooping.
Breast fed babies don't poop as often as bottle fed. Move legs like bicycle. May help.
