4 cms!

How long has anyone been at 4 cms for?
37 weeks 4 cms and 80% effaced.. wondering how much longer it will be..

I was doing squats at work all day lol and tomorrow I'll be walking around for at least 4 or 5 hours at this thing I'm going to so hopefully that will get things going. Thanks girls

I went from 4 to 10 in two hours. It depends! If ur at 4 and not having labor contractions It can be a while. Labor contractions is a better guide to guide close ur to having the baby

i was 1 cm for a week and then when it was time to have her i was 10 cm and she was 3 days late...

Try the squatting position as well.

Start walking awhole lot to make it go faster or walk up an down some stairs it will help

I went from 4-10 in an hour with my last. It just depends. I was stuck at a 3 though for weeks.

With my first I was at 4 cm and stayed that way until 41 weeks.

Lol i was 3 cm before going into labour....... thennnnnn contracted for 8 hours and didnt go past 5 cm .. they ended up breaking my water to try and progress labour.

But 5 cm is Labour so if you got to 5 they would probably book you in to bring on your labour. So i would guess you wont be waiting too much longer to go into labour
