Oh hell no! I'd be ******** bricks! It's a very big deal no matter how old the child is. I would never be comfortable leaving my child with him.

Wow!!! That's not right at all! Leaving a 5 yr old?!?!??!! Wtf was he thinking?!? I'm sorry u had to go thru this. I'm hoping u didn't actually have to quit ur job cuz of this. Hopefully u can find someone else to watch ur son while ur at work and keep ur job. Hoping the best for u!

You shouldn't have quit you should have let your boss know you had an emergency... After you seen about you son you should have went to your doc to sign you off so you can get some kind of income. Hope everything works out

He neglected your child.  He is not father material.  You are only crazy if you stay with him.  I'm sure your son was terrified. Get the hell out of that situation.

OMG I would be pissed. How irresponsible. I think I would be reconsidering my options when it comes to him. Never would I ever leave my child with him again. Even if it's his baby there would be no way. I'm surprised there won't be any criminal action taken.
