I've had tons of symptoms... sore and sensitive nipples, peeing alot, wanting to sleep my life away, small random mild cramps... mood swings, super thirsty, gassy... my lower right side also feels super "tight" is this normal?

I have the sneezing pain thing in my lower abdomen too! I also get the same pain when I cough if I am laying down on my back, very weird but my doctor says its normal. A little scary, its my first baby too, but totally normal! :-) Congrats!!

I find sneezing to be painful as well. I think it's just because there's a lot changes going on and your muscles are getting strained and stretched. Is this your first baby? It's my first! I just read a lot when I start getting nervous about something and I usually find that other ladies experience the same things. Knowledge is power and will make you feel more comfortable, especially when you find out you're not the only one :)

Even when I sneeze I feel a sharp pain on my side because of how tight it feels...that's Normal.  Scared I'm gonna hurt my baby. What's dos and don'ts

I would say you are 100% completely normal :) congratulations! These are all very common side effects of pregnancy.
