HELP!!

I have 2 days until my due date & I'm still dilated at a 1. How can I speed up labor? I was told a warm bath would help then I *** told it can give my baby an infection? Can any of you help?

My due date was yesterday still no baby and dilated to only 1! They are inducing me Saturday since things aren't moving along on it's own . I've tried everything from tons of sex, pineapples, warm bath,kiwi , jumping Jack's, pregnancy ball, castor oil, and nothing has helped. They did sweep my membrane as well and didn't do much but helped loose mucus plug

As long as your water has not broken you can still bathe and swim the baby is protected in its sac so that is untrue I talked to my doctor about it because I am dilated to 1 centimeter and I swim as a main source of activity and he told me that as long as you are not leaking any fluids and your water has not fully broken baths and swimming is fine
