I was worried also when I didn't feel him move around 20 wks, I had only been feeling what felt like flutters. Now I'm 26wks and feel hum all the time! It just started a few wks ago, so I'd give it some time before I get too worried

People feel baby move at different times. Some people feel baby move as late as the third trimester. Your body type may be one reason. The placement of your placenta also plays a part. If you have an anterior placenta, that will mean you feel baby later in pregnancy. If you are seeking prenatal care and you are able to hear baby's heart beat at visits, I'm sure baby is fine. At 21 weeks, you either should have already had your anatomy scan or should soon.

With first time mums it can take a little longer to feel movement,i wouldnt be worried just yet but if you are go see your doc or midwife and they will check you over and give you some peace of mind
