I'm 5 weeks and 4 days. Thankfully nothing but little bit of cramping. Not much of an appetite. Thirsty all the time.  Doc says symptoms usually get worse after 6 weeks. Let's hope not.

Am almost 6 weeks i feel dizzy,  light headed, love having sex ( 4 to 5) times a day, moody,  and tired

5 weeks due April 21st with my fourth child...hardly any cramping now,  only had 2 days of mild morning sickness,  tired spells throughout the day,  sensitive nipples but not necessarily painful or sore,  a bit constipated so raisin bran everyday :-( ,  bloating has decreased so far so great except that voice in the back of my mind that says "your still in your first trimester and anything can happen".

I'm 5weeks and 5 days... Feeling really tired n hungry all the time. i am not having as much cramps anymore :-). No nausea yet.

Im 5 wks 4 days, some backaches that come and go and as all of you sore breasts worse at night, and fatigue. Im going pee a lot and thankfully no nausea yet.

5 weeks. Very swollen and sore breasts and for the fist time I have actual nipples that look like my husbands.  Hahaha. Hes rather amused by how pleased I am by the change! Initially I had bad nausea with some vomiting but now its mostly just killer heartburn.  Wierd craving of the week was pickles (cucumber chip type) with ranch.  Ewww.  Ate a whole bowl of them.

I have had a lot of cramping! Especially if I twist my body wrong. Irritable, too. But mostly cramping. Weird, because my last two I didn't have cramps ever!

Iam 6wks tired most of th time, morning sickness/naesea,food aversions i really dnt know what to eat. My nipples are sore and i pee a lot at nyt. Cant rely wait fo my pregnancy to show

I'm 5 weeks due April 22nd! I'm mainly just exhausted, especially chasing a 17 month around lol. The nausea is getting better. I'm always thirsty so I pee a lot! And lately all I want is BACON lol!

Im 5 weeks 6 days, cramping is easing up but still there. Peeing very often because im always thirsty. I can't stop drinking water! Very bloated and exausted too:(

Im 5 weeks 1 day I have extreme fatigue ive been off work for 3 weeks and just dont wanna get out of bed no energy at all, my boobs are sore and slight cramping but no sickness anyone put any weight on yet?

I am five weeks and five days and just like all of you ladies I am sore in my breasts, cramping but not as bad as implantation a week ago. But I had my first doctors appt! :) other than that not nauseous yet. Thank God!

I am 5 weeks pregnant  and my breasts are very sore, even more so under my armpit, I am being some what nauseous, but I am not vomiting at all. I am having some cramps as well, but not that bad.

I have nausea but not vomiting. My boobs hurt pretty bad. Some cramping really need to go to the bathroom but can't. I pee every 2 hours through the night. I'm 5 weeks today.

5weeks 4 days, im tired. Thankfully not nauseous, but i did have a killer headache today. My breasts are really swollen and tender. The cramping is getting less frequent But life is good!
