I went for my first ultrasound today only to find out there is no heartbeat and that it died a week ago. I'm completely devastated. This is the worst news to hear right before christmas. :(

That happened to me last year same time. It was the worst. It will happen for you. I'm pregnant 20 weeks with a girl this year. I got my own fetal doppler this time around so I can monitor the heartbeat at home. I don't ever want to be caught by surprise like that again.

Had you ever heard the heartbeat? Cause my brothers heart didn't start beating until 5 months. They kept telling my mom to abort him but she refused and said her body would handle it. His great started beating at 5 months and he was born perfectly healthy, no problems at all. If you haven't heard the heartbeat at all yet then there's always a chance. I'm sorry that you're going through that though, I can't even imagine it. Prayers for you and your little one.

I am so sorry for your loss that is horrifying to be excited to see your baby and fine out that it passed away. My sister loss her baby about 4 years ago and she got pregnant a year later. I know your going to be able to have a another child be strong and again I'm sorry!!!!!

I had a similar situation yesterday, I am caring twins last week there were 2 heartbeats and yesterday none we are doing another ultrasound next week to check again.
