It's hard to try keeping calm when you have so much going through your mind. Just take things one day at a time :) i'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and you have been blessed with a beautiful baby who is depending on you so try to do whats best for you and baby. Your boyfriend needs to understand how hard it is for you and the way you are feeling. Keep your chin up, things could be worse :)

I was 8 weeks when I found out I was pregnant. Totally stressed because I'd split up with my fiance when I had just conceived but obviously I didn't know I was pregnant then. The only thing I can suggest is try to keep calm and not overthink everything. Me and my fiance are now back together and I'm 35 weeks :) if you stress you will make yourself ill and it's honestly not worth it. Being pregnant is hard enough as it is nevermind worrying about everthing aswell. I hope everything works out for you but key thing is to not overthink every single thing. I was a pro at it and it makes you feel 100 times worse. Keep calm :)

What are you stressing about. You should try to do yogo or go out and keep yourself busy. Stress isnt good it lowers your hormones. Be careful if you really care about this baby keep passitive try to be happy and not think about any thing bad. You have a baby on the way you should be thinking about the wonderful job it will bring you.
