I am 36 weeks, have had contractions stopped twice now, once at 32 and again at 34, still having contractions, was 1cm last Friday, but no matter what I do I can't get them closer then 10 mins apart. Has been like that for 3 days now, when they stopped then the other times they were 4 mins and 2 mins apart, but it was too early to have him, so I understand, now that they said they wouldn't stop them, I can't get them to be close enough to have to go in. It is torture, slightly painful, insanely uncomfortable. Missing work cause I am not on leave yet, and trying to work through them is honestly torture. Tried everything so far, walking, warm bath, laying on my left side, house work, .... nothing is making them pick up. Count your blessings that you are not having that happen, cause it is not fun, and there is no guarantees that even if you are having contractions they will do anything to move the baby along right away. Natural order of things is what they want to see. I would rather not have to deal with these contractions and just sit and wait till he decides to show up, but for the past month, all he has been doing is playing games with me, lol. This is my 4th as well, and everyone who says the more you have the easier.... yeah, not always true, this is probably the worst I have ever had it with any of my kids.
Try cleaning and organizing to help pass time! With my first I felt the same way, time went so slow. I even went a week over due and had to be induced.
Try to relax. Normal healthy babies come when they're ready, maybe your little one isn't quite fully baked yet.
I'm 37w4d and I'm right behind you. So ready for my son to make his arrival. I too have had no symptoms other than the pains in my vagina from pressure. I'm about to get up and walk... I need my son with me ASAP
