Hello there I have heard people saying or calling Virgin drinks? What does that mean? And can you drink while breastfeeding?

You should talk to your doctor about guidelines to follow if you drink while breastfeeding, alcohol can be transmitted through breast milk although I am not sure how long it stays in the system for. Usually one would do what is called 'pump and dump' where you express milk and just dump it so that baby doesn't ingest it but I'm not sure how long you would need to do that for until you can feed again.

Virgin drinks are basically nonalcoholic drinks. Which is ok to drink while breastfeeding because it doesn't contain any alcohol. And no, you absolutely CANNOT drink ( alcohol ) while breastfeeding!!
