Anatomy Scan!

Has anyone had their 20 week anatomy scan yet? How did it go? I'm 17 weeks now. I just had a gender scan at 16 weeks and everything looked great. Now after googling and reading a bunch of posts I find myself in a complete panic that something will go horribly wrong at the anatomy scan. I'm getting mine done at 21 weeks. A week and a half later than I was suppose to because my boyfriend wanted to be here for it. But now I'm regretting pushing it back a week because I'm so panicked and stressed that something devastating is going to be wrong.

Thank you. I'm just really worried and the wait is driving me nuts. I'm debating about moving my appointment back up and waiting for my mom to go with me.

A week before my 12 week scan I began to panic if there would be a heartbeat. What if I was never pregnant? What if I've miscarried? Everything was fine. When you have something to lose its a scary time. My 20week scan is three days away and last week I started panicking. Has the baby moved today? I'm not big enough for 20weeks something is wrong Etc. This time I know it's in my head. Doesn't stop the thoughts. Unfortunately **** happens. Some are unlucky and babies are born with health problems. You wouldn't love him/her any less and it would just be one of those unfortunate things. It doesn't mean it's going to happen. Chances are it will be fine but your going to worry about this child forever think of it as practice. This may sound like mad ramblings but I'm just telling you what I tell myself when I worry too much.
