Anomaly scan

I am 17 weeks pregnant with my 1st child. I have been spotting on and off for a while. I even fell down in my bum in the bathroom one time and the doc told me not to worry. I went for my check up today and he told me to call him in 2 wks so he can set up an anomaly scan for me...I'm scared something is wrong with my baby. Should I b worried?

Anomaly scan using the ultrasound is expected to be done by the doctor once you hit 18-23 weeks. So I wouldn't worry much about it.
