Another Way

Is there any way I can celebrate the coming of my baby without having a baby shower. Maybe like go to a nice dinner and let close ones bring there gifts and cake and go home. My SO and I and my dad and Sister in law are going to get the baby things it needs. So is that a good idea

Im not having a baby shower and didnt last time i was preg. Im just going to Golden Corral buffet with family cuz its my fave restaurant during pregnancy :D We just eat, talk about baby, and enjoy time together. Theres tons of dessert already there so we dont do cake but my family just brings little gifts. I had a baby shower with my first and honestly it just wasnt for me. I was beyond exhausted and too many ppl there. It got annoying lol. I appreciated the gifts but it was a bit much for me at 34 weeks pregnant. Good luck!

That sounds like a great idea. And it's your choice. So go for it.
