I'm having them too! They started around week 30. I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow. They're getting easier to control. I try to change my environment as soon as one starts. It's not easy to do but if I can, I try to go for a walk, or put music on, or color something, anything to change what's going on. I've even tried watching Bob Ross paint on YouTube (he's very calming). Sometimes though they're too severe and I just have to lay down and try to get through it. It's not easy and I wish you luck, but know you're not alone.
I've gotten them worse this preg.I'm not sure what will help.I know taking a walk helps me sometimes but if I'm having anixety already I start getting a lot of contractions when I walk...
I think it depends. Some days I feel like the whole world has collapsed around me and I'm not sure how to cope, although most days I feel fine. I've not asked to be put on anything as I prefer not to take medication. Maybe talking about things with a friend or family member, no matter how trivial they seem, might help? Easier said than done!
