Anxiety help

I realized that when I get upset/anxiety I start burping a lot bad/heartburn. It's not the food, it's me stressing. How can I change this or relieve the uncomfortableness :/
I have this get together this weekend where I'll be surrounded by drunk ppl as well as ppl I have no desire to talk to. I have to go for a little while. Thinking about going truly upsets me. What can I do so I won't spend the whole time in the bathroom uncomfortable over my nerves?!

I have not dealt with the heartburn from anxiety. But have definitely had to deal with the anxiety of having to occasionally be around ppl (drunk, annoying, self absorbed) at times you have no desire to associate with pregnant or not in my case. Unfortunately there are some times you can't just avoid it. Believe me if I could I would.
What I would recommend is only allow yourself to be there a small amount of time if you have someone your going with bf hubs whatever let them know in advance your only staying X amount of time. Take Some Zantac.. smile and nod lol good luck and as hard as it is try not to stress over it to much. Good luck to ya!
