Anybody float?
We just got a new thing around here. They call it the art of floating. I talked to my doctor yesterday and he said as long as the water doesn't go over 100 degrees to go for it. Im so excited. Im going to call today.
You take a shower then get into a tank full of salt water and float in the dark for an hour. I think it would be incredibly relaxing and would take a lot of the stress off my joints, especially my hips.

Wow, I really thought this would be more popular in other states. Pennsylvania is usually way behind the trend.
