Anyone develop carpal tunnel during pregnancy

In Nov I began to have wrist pain and noticed it was getting worse so I saw my doctor who stated it is from the swelling and would go away sometime after delivery. I had my son 11 days ago and am still in pain. The pain is interfering with me doing my mother duties.i just want the pain to go away so. Any pointers on dealing with it?

I've had this problem!  In my case it's not carpal tunnel...  It's more in the thumb side of the wrist...  It started with my first kid...  I got 2 cortisone shots to reduce the pain (after I delivered) but now its back with my second.  I  can't get any more cortisone though..  Doc says surgery to open the sheath is the next step.

Thank you for the information. I am currently wearing the brace now. I will look into the videos to learn more about the exercises?

There are some videos online that can teach you some exercise and a carpal tunnel brace will help a lot... You need to try not to keep your hand bent forward so much so just keep that in mind...
