Anyone else not scheduling a hospital tour???

Ill be 39 weeks on Monday. I have not done a hospital tour nor am I planning on doing one. I figure I'll just wait till the big day. Anyone else not going to do a hospital tour?

I guess I would just call and ask if they have any special security things you need to be aware of ahead of time.

I did a tour and it was very helpful... for my hospital they close the doors at 10pm so if you come in after that you have to call through a phone in the elevator and when you're on your way so they can get everything ready for you after hours. It was for security and since its a birthing center attached to a hospital they didn't allow going through the ER unless it really was an emergency... i would've never known if I didnt take a tour!

I'll be doing a tour in april but it's required by the hospital where I'm delivering.  You have to take a tour during your 2 trimester

I did not do a hospital tour with my first and will not with this one. Btw, I am 38 weeks.

My hospital doesn't allow tours for security reasons. They have a video tour you can watch online but I never did that either.

I only did a hospital tour with baby #3 as it was part of my prenatal care, I think I would have felt more stressed of I'd done it before having my first
