Anyone else taking super dha
I found this one liquid super dha that is a pretty clean oil with more of an after taste of orange oil just wondering if there's different types that taste better the one I get is 42$ for a bottle that lasts a mth. The things we do to give the best start for our babes lol
Yes it's a liquid that you take a tsp a day of while in your third trimester and for the next 18 mths if you nurse that long. It's supposed to be great for their eyes and brain and coordination
Do you take this yourself while pregnant? My first child nursed but had to have formula too and we used one with DHA. Good stuff!
