Prenatals

I am taking prenatal capsules && every time I take them I feel like they are stuck in my throat && it makes me feel like I need to throw up && I have tried eating && drinking lits && it still fills like its in my throat but I have no pain or anything just heart burn what could be wrong or how could I help it ??

I had issues with taking prenatals as well. I ended up having to switch to the gummy chewable ones! Way easier to take! They don't have iron in them though, so I had to also get an iron supplement on the side.

You can try the gummies or crushing it into some apple sauce or yogurt :) i had trouble keeping mine down with my first pregnancy I'm pregnant with my 2nd good luck hope it helps

Try them with a big gulp of milk to coat ur stomach?

I was going through the same thing. I have to take mine right before bed. I don't feel sick when I immediately lay down for bed otherwise I'm horribly nauseous
