Anyone give birth early without being induced?

I am curious as to how things worked for you if you went into labor early? I'm 33+3 and last week at 32+6 I ended up going to my local E.R. for leaking fluid. I had finished emptying my bladder then I walked into the living room and all of a sudden a small gush of fluid came. It soaked a whole napkin plus half of another. The local E.R. sent me to a hospital with a nicu via ambulance because they were worried I was in labor. During the ambulance ride my blood pressure was fluctuating (the top between 133-155). The hospital I was sent to showed me having contractions 3-5 minutes apart (one place said I was dialated to a 2, the other said 1) and found I was dehydrated. After pumping saline through my iv, the contractions slowed and they sent me home. Well...I am still having them just not as frequent but I've noticed them getting stronger. Plus my pelvic bones have been hurting. I'm hoping I can keep him in until Sept. 1 when I'll be 37 weeks but I'm not sure it's going to happen...

I did . My water broke when i was 35 weeks with my first son. My second son i had him almost the same at 35 weeks and 5 days he had to be an emergency c-section because both me and him were in distress the doctors said.

I went into labor twice without induction. My oldest son, it was a gush of fluid. My last pregnancy, I went into full on labor, stayed at home until contractions were 1 minute 45 seconds apart and then headed to the hospital. My water broke there but I didn't feel it, contractions were hot and heavy so of course I wasn't paying any attention. After getting to hospital I delivered 1 hour later.

I haven't but my bestie did.  Be careful hon.  Follow doctors orders and do everything they say.  hugs and it will be okay.  Call your doctor if it gets too much and go back to the hospital

This is just crazy to me. I had my daughter at 39+1 by inducement. I came in dialated to a 3 and it only took 7 hours of labor til she made her appearance. She was 8.1 oz 21.5 in long being early but big babies run in my family. I know I've gained 65 lbs already this time plus my blood pressure and having heart palpitations... then that scare. I'm concerned I might have pre-eclampsia and I've heard it can cause early labor? I'm just trying to grasp what's going on with my body this time, but I plan on discussing it with my doctor next week.
