What's the best way to explain feeling "Touched out" to your husband?

Could really use some help. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I feel like every time my husband touches me I get aggravated. I don't want to cuddle or kiss, I just want space. Its hard to explain this to him and I'm not sure how to explain this is normal (at least I think it is) and its note being "rude" like he says, or that he's not doing anything wrong..

Hi, I have felt like that alot in this pregnancy. However, I did have to remind myself that already, our husbands are very much on the outside looking in while we are experiencing all the joys and lows. Already they feel helpless and shut out. By me reminding myself of this, it also reminded me that being close to him is what gave me this miracle. So I have kept quite about my aggravation at being touched and gone to him for a high and a kiss and a cuddle every now and again. He needs to know he still matters and physical attention is the best way to let him know. Especially as we haven't been allowed to have sex since I've been pregnant due to multiple previous miscarriages. I'm now 30weeks+4.

But as far as talking goes, honesty and gentle words are key. And getting a couple resources and medical articles for some backup (and to prove to him you really aren't crazy) could help.

Madison,  I don't know what this condition is,  but it seems kind of common.  There are pregnant women who can't stand their partners during their pregnancies,  although there is nothing actually wrong with their partners.

If you strongly feel that your partner is fine,  I'd suggest just zipping your lip.  Couples break up during this time,  because of hormonal problems with a pregnant woman and she just can't stop being mean to her partner,  although he isn't doing anything wrong at all.

If you are in this category,   it might best to just learn to be silent.

I just let my husband know how I'm feeling, and then I offer to rub his back.  That way he doesn't touch me, but he still feels loved and appreciated.

I've had days and weeks like this, pregnant or not pregnant.

When I feel like this I tell him that I'm going through a weird season hormonally and physically, it has nothing to do with him. I try to gently explain that my body isn't working or reacting like it usually does, and I'm finding that physical affection is sometimes completely overwhelming to my senses.
I also try to explain that as frustrating as is can be for him, it's very frustrating for me too, because I care about his needs, and emotionally, I want to be affectionate but my body can't seem to get on board.
Keep in mind, and maybe remind yourself and him every once in a while that this is only temporary. This is not a permanent change.
It takes grace and understanding on his side, but a TON of patience on yours not to get annoyed at him for trying to love you the best way he can, and to be selflessly receptive to his advances sometimes even if you are feeling like you just want to be left alone.

I felt that way alot in this pregnancy so far (quite different from my first pregnancy). I didn't know how to explain it either, or why I felt that way really, so I just blamed it on hormones and being exhausted all the time. And reassured him alot to not to take it personally!

I took my husband with my to a few OB apt and my Dr actually explained it to and suddenly he understood. Without him wanting physical contac all the time I was actually able to at least snuggle a few times and I went out of my way to find other ways to show him how much I loved him.

pregnancy can be a bit of scary thing for a husband to go trough too, they're watching their wife have mood swings, she suddenly doesn't want to be touched and...if it's your first he's also going through some 'man panic' (my OB's words) and needs reassurance he's not gong to be shoved aside forever.
