Could I be preterm labour? 23 weeks pregnant

Hi mommas, Im 23 weeks pregnant and this morning I felt my bump dropped really low and I'm also getting tightenings, which could be Brixton hicks but I also had dark red bleeding yesterday but it's all clear today. Is this normal this early or am I just paranoid?
