I just have a question about paid parental leave. I always thought you had to work atleast 12 months to be eligible but as I'm researching I've found that you have to work a minimum of 330 hours for atleast 10 months... My question is I have held my job for 6 years mean while I took maternity leave with my first and I went back to have another baby so now I've been back working for 11 months but I haven't worked 330 hours. By the time I leave I'd have worked a full 12 months but not worked the 330 hours so does that mean I'm not eligible??? I hope that makes sense lol Thanks

Did u apply online?? I'm on the website now and can't for the life of me find how to make a claim for it?? :/

And I think to be eligible its a minimum 8hrs a fortnight? I can't remember and I only applied for mine last week lol

Call centrelink otherwise you fill out a questionair on your application to see if you are eligible for it. You have to apply online now and be registered for online services. You only get paid after you have had bub and put in your family tax benefit forms grrrrrrr.
