Can anyone help me on where are some of the best places to buy baby furniture and everything else that aren't to overly experience?
I'm in Melbourne, I'm young so I don't have a great of money. I want to start getting things now so it's not all in one big hit.

Any help would be much appreciated!

My sister has always put a sheet over the portable cot to stop bugs getting in.

I'm not from Australia but i agree with queen bee_ 82. I bought all my furniture second hand. The only thing i bought new was the car seat. I have some new and some used clothes. Bottles i will definitely buy new. Babies r expensive so if u could do some used things it would b of great help. Good luck.

Honestly i am getting my stuff second hand. Things like bassinets only usually get used for maybe 6 months max, some only a few weeks,furniture is the type of thing you can get second hand and save yourself a heap.
Things like bottles and nappies and stuff i'll ve buying new and probably sheet sets and blankets too.

I'm not sure if Melbourne has one but in Sydney they have a bubs warehouse maybe have a Google and check it out :)
