What can I do for a sore throat?

I'm 13 weeks 2 days along. I have had a very sore throat for 2 days. I think it's from sinus drip but I'm not 100% sure I see my doctor in the next few days though.

I have upped my fluid intake. Added powerade. Garbled with salt water.  Garbled with baking soda water. Gargaled with peroxide water. Eaten Popsicles. Made hot tea with honey. Eaten a spoon of honey. I've even been rinsing my sinuses with saline to help clear meout. Nothing is working for more than like 5 minutes.  I have a throat numbing spray I was also told is safe but even that only helps for 5 minutes.

The hurts. I can't breathe right. I can't sleep right or eat right.

Has anyone else had this issue?  What else can I d9?

I did and all i took was cough drops. I was afraid to put anything else in my body though you can take some cough medicine. I would call your dr to get a list you can take.
