I recently just started washing my daughters clothes in the same soap as the rest of my family. I use a smaller amount & wash her clothes & blankets together. With my first daughter i used the baby soap cause thats what people say you need to do. The ingredients are pretty much the same as the regular laundry soaps. It doesn't make sense to wash only her clothes in a free & clear soap & then to hold her against my clothes that are washed in regular soap.
Do they make special dryer sheets?
Wow a lot of ppl use all free and clear lol, thank u all for the comments!
I use whats cheap or on sale, for babies of course.
What we do is wash our families clothes in it but if anyone comes over to visit, we provide them a burp cloth or receiving blanket to go over their shoulder. That way they dont get spit up on and babies face is protected from any allergy they may have on the persons clothes. ;)
I'm using Dreft it's pediatrician recommended and it's made especially for baby's sensitive skin
If u don't wash everything including ur own clothes in it, it's unnecessary. A lot of FTM'S don't understand that. U have to wash everybody's clothes in it or there is no point in using a hypo allergenic detergent
I prefer All Free and Clear because its dye and perfume free. My kids were both allergic to anything with a scent or perfume so i switched and all problems dissappeared. You can try the purex and keep a close eye on skin reactions. Youll know if baby gets a rash anywhere.
I liked all free and clear
