Baby punching cervix?

I am in so much pain. Im 37 weeks FTM and my baby is about 2 weeks ahead of schedule on size. Hes also extremely active. It feels like he is running out of room, and literally punching and trying to dig his way out. His movements send jolts of pain so intense I can barely breath. Hurts thru my back, bottom, and especially cervix. Please, is this a sign that hes coming soon? Are the pains in cervix meaning Im dilating? Have you experienced this? Is it normal? I will be calling my ob tomorrow but really want some feedback.

Mrs_Grim do you have swelling in your legs too? I haven't experienced inner thigh pain. But I definitely have leg pain. Feels like sore muscles. Leg cramping is normal... Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and elevating your feet whenever possible.  But Id also call your doctor just to be safe :)

Thank you ladies! Definitely asking my ob to check me tomorrow. I'm glad I'm not alone... but sorry you are experiencing this too. So painful! Something I wasn't prepared for at all.

So I'm only 24 weeks but Friday night I went to the er. I've been having constant back hip and pelvic pain. Found out baby girl is still breeched. And she literally uses my cervix as a trampoline. I was told not to be concerned but until she turns expect pain and possible bleeding. Speak with your doctor or go to the hospital if you are really concerned
