So my dead beat baby father wants to take me to court because he thinks it's not fair that he can't see out son all the time like he wants to but he has seen him atleast 2 or 3 times a month so he wants to go to court to get joint custody
I just think it's funny how he wants right but he hasn't done **** for my son thru out my whole pregnancy but give him two tshirts he can't keep a job he gave me 20$ he's an alcoholic his family are alcoholics they get drunk and fight in front of their kids when were minors his mother bought us alcohol I have a voicemail of him cussing his sister out his mom sent him to my house cuz he got drink and I think he hit his other babymother since I was preg he's been in and out of jail and the list goes on and on
Then his sister told me that his dad was a child molestor and he molested my baby fathers other sister on his dad's side(he did do jail time for 6years idk what it was for)
So I am really going to build up a case I hope I win
I never told h he can see his son but he's being a ***** because he can't see him like he wants to and is mad I left his sorry ***

If you weren't married at the time of the child's birth, he won't get joint custody. Depending on your state, but generally speaking most states are mother states and full custody is given to the mother of a child born out of wed lock.

Okay ive been threw this... and we went to court and they gave him joint custody...... ugghh I was soo madd.. I have my life now... and I just cant affored him see my kids knowing the way he is... I can only tell you one thing go for full custody... cuz trust me later hes gonna want to see ur baby and its not fair at times.. wen he hasnt done anything for you........ look at me now my lids dad is trying to fight my custody... and I just shuld  of fought for fulll I wokuld not be dealing with him at alll.. I been dealing with him for 3 years... and I have court soon .... hope I can get rid of his asss.....

What she said. Im in the same situation, but my ex is also a drug addict. Im building a case as well, just gotta find a lawyer

I cant really give u any advice, but Yea i believe you defly will win that case. I have no doubt that u won't. Just watch what u text him because he could use it in court.
