Back Contractions ??!!!

Hello mother I have a question. . . I'm 38 weeks and 3 days my stomach is really hard but I was wondering since I don't feel the pain down there in my lower area can I be having back contractions ??? My back kills me every time my belly gets hard so can I be having back contractions ???

I had back contractions. The pain was awful in my back and radiated into my hips and out the front toward my thighs. My stomach never had any pain. Back contractions in my opinion made labor so much easier!

Possibly, every pregnant women has contractions in different spots. My first child, my contractions were on my upper front thighs, and I can say I'm having the same pain, my back will hurt so bad but not my stomach
