Question about glucose testing

So I took the one hour glucose test on Monday, and was told I'd hear back the following day on the results. Its not Thursday, after office hours and still haven't gotten a call. Do you think that means they came back okay?

No they didn't give me a sooner appointment. My next one is on Wednesday, that I've had before I even took the test

Yes that is weird. It there was a problem they should tell you fast. Did they give you another appointement sooner? When is your next appointement?

I called she said my doctor would go over it with me at my next appointment. Which is weird because the lady who did my lab work said that they would just call.

Don't tell me to calm myself. I asked opinions. Obviously none of you know for sure.

No need to assume anyone is calling you an "idiot". Calm yourself and be patient

I was not calling you an idiot because i mention that they have a lot of work. Calling you an idiot would have been daying "we aren't your doctor, why are you asking us? Call your doctor, he is the only one who can give you a real answer". See the difference?
Also, people sharing their experience with you is answering your quesion. Maybe not the way you expected or hoped, but then again, we aren't your doctor and we can't give a better answer than that. Not all labs work the same way. Maybe your doctor has not called you because your results are good, maybe because they are bad but he has not received them yet. We don't know. Call him. Good day to you. And i really hope they are good results.

My doctor took a while to get back to me as well, and mine came back positive, I was above normal range by a lot and had to go back in for the 3 hour testing, which came back negitive, lol whole lot of testing for nothing, but better safe then sorry. Give your doctor a call in the morning to check in and see. It took my doctor about 3 days to get back to me, sometimes it is just a matter of delayed communication betweeb lab and doctors. Good luck with everything.

They have a lot of work. Them not calling is just them being overbooked, nothing to do with your results.
If they are bad results, they are quicker to call, so you can get treatement quicker.

My doctors were also very slow on calling with the results. I would call them in the morning. Mine came back negative btw. I would just call. Good luck!
