Birth control

What's a good birth control you have took before. After I have my baby I really want her to be the only one.

I liked the nuvaring. It didn't give me any crazy side effects that the pill did. Bit if you're looking for something long term an IUD may be your best bet, aside from sterilization but that's permanent.

I am going to get the paraguard iud 8 weeks after birth. Its a non hormal insertion so you dont have to remember to take anything and no crazy side effects because its non hormonal. If you have insurance it should be affordable. Actually cheaper than pills in the long run. You can chose one that stays in for 5 or 10 years but can get it removed at any time if you want to have a baby and start trying right away! Its 99% effective.
