I don't think my husband cares, he says his plan is:
1. I say it's time to go so we go
2. He's going to take a nap
3. The baby comes
4. He's going to take another nap
He's trying to reduce my panic...It's been seven years since I've done this and I am overly anxious. Lkl

Hmm, maybe he needs a plan. You could talk with him about what you would like him to do. Give him some jobs like making sure you always have water to drink and breathing with you through contractions etc. He might have some things that he wants to do too
My hubby brought home a co-workers plan (his wife is pregnant too and about the same amount in) and the panic set it. Lol
Agreed. Maybe just have some ideas on what you might try to get you through the contractions like heat packs, back rubs, hot shower etc. Packing is overrated, I do it during labour to keep my mind distracted.
I don't have a plan and I didn't with my first. My husband will be with me and then I'll go with the flow from there. Some women are very specific about gowns, music, walking, position they are in ect. I learned with my first nothing went according to plan and I'm not going to stress over it.
