I've had about 6 episodes of super heavy bleeding and have spotted thru the first trimester. I do not have the cramping tho. My doctor found subchorionic hematomas causing most of the bleeds. I also had two where they could not see where they were coming from. I was told sometimes women have bleeding thru their entire pregnancy. If this happens again make sure you let your doctor know so they can check on your baby. I hope it clears up and you go onto having a healthy pregnancy.
