They say to warm up it up because deli meat can carry bacteria like listeria and its harmful to mommy and baby. I'm pregnant with my 3rd and have hate deli meat with all 3. I make sure it's deli meat that's not left out and expired. I try to buy from the deli fresh and only get from sandwhich places that refrigerator well.

This first pregnancy I ever heard that.  I have four other kids. I ate deli meats all the time not warming it up. I have four healthy kids. Never caused my kids no issues. I don't like warm or hot deli cuts.  I tried it and it made me sick. So i dunno in every one case. Btw I'm 34 weeks, And he is completely healthy. So maybe doesn't effect everyone.  Every one body different.
