Do not touch them or anyone else. They are very contagious. Multiple times a day put a very warm rag on it, you can out Epsom salt on it too while the rag is on. After it oozes put on some antibacterial cream. Don't cover it too heavily because it needs to dry out.

I recently had one behind my ear and I put antibiotic ointment on it multiple times a day and it took the swelling down and within a couple weeks it popped. There is also this ointment called Prid that is for boils and my mom swears by it. Also try a warm almost a hot wash rag on it for about 10 min a few times a day. Hope this helps, good luck!

I don't know about with being pregnant but when my son gets boils I put a bit of Epsom salt in his tub and it causes them to pop. The Epsom salt pulls out the bacteria. I am slightly concerned with you being pregnant if is it safe though. I'd ask your doctor first.
