Mucus plug

So this is my 4 child and I have never seen my plug am currently 35 weeks and will be 36 Sunday how will I know if I lost it.... last night b4 bed I was in so much pain my kit Kat (that's what I call it Lol) plz help dnt judge

Some women don't have any pain some do. Im 34 weeks 4 days, (3rd child) I lost mine a few days ago. I didn't have any pain from the actual mucus plug itself but had a lot of cramping going on after. You will know when you lose it because of the look, It isnt just normal discharge. It'll have more of a jelly like texture and has a bloody tinge to it towards the last bits. Mine did at least.
