Braxton Hicks Question

So I'm 31 weeks and my baby is sideways in my belly (Horizontal) How do I know the difference between a Braxton hicks and her stretching? I've had a couple Braxton contractions and sometimes when she stretches it feels the same in tightness but Only slightly different. I'm getting confused and worried that I'll mistake actual progressing contractions w her just stretching.

Ok. I had another one last night. Since she's sideways when my belly got hard there was still Some soft spots on the top and bottom of my belly but it felt really really tight on the sides. I think I figured it out now. I feel it in my muscles rather than just where she is. Thanks!
