Brown discharge.

I woke up this morning and noticed a brown discharge. Could this be a sign that I am having a miscarriage?

I had brown discharge after sex in early pregnancy.

This is what happened to me my first pregnancy.  They gave me an ultrasound at the er and told me we lost the pregnancy.  You definitely need to talk to your doctor.

That sounds crazy that the ER denied giving you an ultrasound.  I would call you OB and ask for one now that it's a weekday.

My cramping stopped three days ago. The brownish color bleeding started today. I went to the er and they said there was nothing they could do. I even asked for an ultrasound and they told me no.

I had brown discharge from week 6 to week 9 and now am 16 weeks. Baby is just fine. I would follow up though with your OB especially if there is any cramping.

That is quite normal. Alot of women bleed.  Some even have regular periods but the brown is old blood coming out. P
