Well I'm 39+5 days and my baby hasn't dropped or shown any signs of coming anytime soon and my doc says that at this point there should be some signs of her coming. He also said that yes they do have to drop in order for birth to start but some babies just don't end up dropping at all, which is why he's taking about inducing me...hope our babies stop being stubborn! My doctor said that has nothing to do with it. With my daughter she didn't drop until the day she was born. This te with my son he is engaged already but my belly looks the same. I wouldn't worry to much about that
