Burning Pains?

Hi ladies. I will be 39wks tomorrow and I'm having severe burning pains on my stomach along with bad back pains and cramps that come and go. The back pain and burning feeling just keeps getting worse. I'm a ftm and have absolutely no clue what could be signs of labor besides severe cramps and water breaking. Could someone give me an idea of what's going on? I've also been told it was ok to try home remedies by my doctor. Squats and pineapple are the only things I've done so far.

I've been put in the hospital 3 times in less than 2 months for absolutely nothing. Just because I called and they demanded I come in and turns out nothing was wrong but they had to.keep me because I had to wait till my doctor could see me. He told me not to go in or call unless I knew for sure.. like I've had 30 kids and know what I'm doing.. I know absolutely nothing about labor.I'm not a fan of my doctor period.

Could be Braxton hicks. Its like practice contractions for the real thing. I never had them so I'm not 100% but that's my best guess. I would call the Dr and ask their opinion just in case they want to see u
