lol yes! Small meals often is the way to go, try snaking on favorite fruits or veggies as they are lighter on tummy and are digested faster. My fav is diced cucumber with lemon and salt yum! Good luck and congrats!!!

Before got pregnant I could actually eat a meals.Now I eat small just enough to where I had enough.
Yes I am 10 weeks and I feel the same way. I eat healthy. Yogurt, salad, fruit and grilled chicken so that doesnt make a difference. It annoys me because im only 10 weeks and I look like I'm 5 months pregnant. Plus I be passing gas all day.
