So im havin c section at 1:30 pm  do u guys know  after the c section how long do they keep u in the recovery room?? Cuz i really wanna see my baby right away  n with my first daughter i had her at 10 pm so  they didnt let me see her until the  next day

That's strange.. I had a c section and they gave me my son right away..

I had a c section 4 years ago. I didn't get my daughter until I was put in the room. But I kept her in the room with me the whole 3 days we were there.

It depends on the hospital and doctor. Verbalize your desires to your doctor. I've had 3 c-sections, the first one an emergency c-section and they always gave me the babies after they cleaned them and after they had to perform any necessary tests. I wish you a speedy recovery and congrats on your baby.

My last c-section which was a year ago my daughter was with me the whole time so you should have ur baby

When I had my first c-section 3 years ago my daughter was brought into the recovery room with me until they moved me to a room. She then was in NICU till 3:30am cause she couldn't keep her temperature up. After that I had her for the whole time with till I was released 72 hours later.
