I'm high risk as well. I drink camomile tea. It's been helping me a lot. I went through it too I was in tears. I drink the tea almost everyday now.

Ask doc if u can take prenatal without iron.  You might be sensitive to it.  Or maybe just switch your prenatal to different brand.  I feel for you.

Water, Apples, Prunes, Prune Juice, Physillium Husk, Meta Mucil, Lots of Vegies! Beans for protien/fiber! Make a "Cabbage Soup" 1/2 head of cabbage, 1 cup celery, 1 onion, 1 16 oz. Can Stewed Tomatoes, 3-4 cups veg. Low Sodiun Broth, or Low Sodium Chicken/Beef Broth. Eat the soup all day, with 1/2 cup kidney beans, black beans, pintos, on the side for protien. Will defiantly move you. Keep clear of red meat, cheese, fried/processed junk

Eat food rich in fibre and drink plenty of water. You can ask in a pharmacy for some medicines that are safe during pregnancy like lactulose or Fybogel.
