Calming my tourettes
Hi there,
I am 21 weeks along and I have tourettes since I was 10. I have not been taking my medication since it could harm the baby. I have a mild case and my tics are causing me to blink my eyes rapidly. People ask me if im okay and i say its my allergies or dry eyes. I was wondering if anyone else has tourettes and how to calm them down with out meds.

My friend has torrettes syndrome and she had got pregnant a while back what she did is listen to soft slow instrumental music and did meditation while listening to it but make sure you are in a quiet place so npthing distracts you good luck
