Can I have a second cup of coffee now?

I know I'm only supposed to have one cup of coffee a day but I am really craving it today. I had one early this morning, and money since. Will it be okay for me to have another cup?

I breastfed my very calm baby for 21 months and drank plenty of coffee. Stick to 200 MG of caffeine per day while pregnant.

I love coffee/caffine... but im going to detox from it 6 weeks before the baby comes.  I also plan on breast feeding, so no coffee.   When the baby has caffeine in their system they can become extremely fussy.  Its a stimulate after all.

I switched to decaf and it seems to curve the coffee craving

I know they say to watch caffeine.  But I have literally drank a mountain dew through out my last pregnancy.  And he was fine. during this one I drink a lot of tea.  I had to stop drinking coffee because dairy tears up my stomach.  A second cup won't be life or death

I was told 400 mg of caffeine is safe. Which is about two cups of 8 Oz home brewed coffee. Coffee from other places like starbucks has more than home brews. Also make sure your cups are cups (8 oz). My cup at home is 12 oz!
