It's Only the large fish that you're not supposed to eat because they contain a lot of mercury such as shark , mackerel, swordfish, etc. You can get more information on WebMD

You can eat 12 oz. Of chunk light tuna a week or one small can of albacore tuna.
Chunk light tuna is ok to eat. You just have to make sure you're not eating too much. My doc told me I can have one small can a week. So I eat a little one day and save the rest for the next day.
My doctor told me pregnant people should avoid tuna fish cause its very high in mercury..
