Can't sleep

Insomnia is my enemy... so awful being tired,  but not able to sleep!

I was told unison or benadryl was safe

My problem is staying asleep at night. matter what time i go to bed i wake up around 3 and have trouble getting back to sleep.

If it is really bad you can take a benadryl.  (Talk to your dr first so the ladies don't stay yelling at me) but it's on the approved med liat.

Try reading every night a really boring book. Also don't sleep during the day at all.. try to stay really active, walk, clean, stay busy.. this should take a couple of days or a week or two until ur body will catch up and want to rest at night. Also wake up early maybe 7am and stay busy until night time. Do this for a week and ur body might start to ask for sleep at night. Remember no naps during the day. I hope this helps.
